We had a wonderful stay on Gasparilla Island! The house is well located with a beautiful beach easily accessible, and lots of great walking and biking paths around. Also loved the playground close by for the kids. We would love to go back!

Superb communication with the hosts. Clean, tidy and well appointed. Unbeatable location downtown. No off street parking, but that was no issue. Free laundry with soap on-site. Bike/cart/board rental next door. I plan on staying here again. Highly recommended.

We come to the Key every year at Thanksgiving to stay and celebrate Thanksgiving. It is “home” for us, clean, comfortable and 40 steps from the beach. You find yourself wishing you could stay additional days. They allow my dog to join us, with no pet fee. Lisa, our host, makes dreams come true. She is professional, kind and willing to accommodate any need we may have. Thank you, once again for the delightful stay.

We stayed here for a wedding at the Gasparilla Inn Beach Club. The location is perfect! One block from Gulf, in the middle of shops and restaurants. Clean, cute, easy to find, lots of outlets.

Great cottage extremely close to the beach with partial water views from the deck. Great location with comfortable amenities. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to others.

We had such a great stay at Grande Flats! The location truly couldn’t be better! Right in the heart of Boca Grande, making it super easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was bright and well-kept, the beds were comfortable, and check-in was seamless. Parking was easy, and the whole area felt very safe and welcoming. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking for convenience and a laid-back island vibe. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Grande Flats to anyone visiting Boca Grande!

This was our 3rd stay in the last 3 years, Duane and Darlene's property on Manasota Key is well kept, up to date and comfortable. Easily accessible to the beach, and we enjoyed the views from the upstairs sitting area where we enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lisa was very attentive to any needs/questions that we have had during our stay. We plan to come back to the Mermaid House.

We’ve stayed on the island dozens of times before but never downtown. It was great, very well-suited for our short-term stay. Grande Flats is a hidden gem. Lisa and Jayden from Gasparilla Adventures (next door/shared access) were both extremely helpful, made sure we were good, felt welcome, appreciated.

i really enjoyed my stay. The flat was super clean and had everything you need for a stay. It was quiet in the evening which is very important for me. Every morning was a short walk to the beach (I promised shells for 7 children) . I really liked walking to the beach and having coffee afterwards. It is very peaceful there. I do highly recommend that Miss Lisa get a huge pay raise. She is a delight and she really is not replaceable. She works very hard and makes sure everything flows well for the guests. Thank you and double thank you to Lisa.
