We had such a wonderful stay! It couldn’t have been more perfect. Right in the center of town with wonderful restaurants and easy access to the beach. All kinds of amenities, including really nice beach, chairs and umbrella that we’re at our disposal. Beds were super comfortable, I have nothing but good things to say. Definitely well worth the visit. You will have a wonderful time!

This unit at The Grande Flats was perfect! My husband and I stayed a couple of nights. We were able to walk to several restaurants, and public beach access is just around the corner. It was really convenient to rent a golf cart on-site as well. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed (mini fridge, soaps, beach towels, etc.). It is the size of a hotel room, which is mentioned in the description. It was perfect for two people. We would definitely stay here again!

The Mermaid House is an amazing place to stay — the location is great and the house itself is very nice, with plenty of space! Definitely would rebook for another stay!

We loved our stay at this little unit in Boca Grande! The location couldn’t be better, just a short, easy walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. On Friday we had drinks and dinner at South Beach, and Saturday night we enjoyed an amazing meal at Scarpa’s, which is right outside the unit. The place itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The bed was super cozy, and the hot shower with great water pressure was much appreciated after long beach days. We also enjoyed the cute sitting area out front- perfect for relaxing with coffee. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! Highly recommend for girls’ trip or small family. Everything was adorable. The only downside was the bathroom. It wasn’t quite private enough or sound proof for us. Will definitely rent again but will bring a white noise machine to block noise. Actual doors on the bathroom would be a nice addition to block out light and noise. Neither is a deterrent, just renters’ viewpoint. Love our stay! Such a fun spot to get a little R&R❤️!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mermaid House. This home is perfectly located; a few steps to the beach and a short walk of bike ride to local hangouts. The home was pristine upon our arrival and the view from the front porch sets the perfect tone for a relaxing getaway. We definitely will be back.

I was at the Mermaid house with my family last weekend. Everybody was talking about the beautiful house and amazing location close to the beach. The beds and furniture are so comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I was in love with the house. Thank you so much Duane and Darlene.
