The loft has real architectural character: timber framing, high ceilings, and a spiral staircase leading up to the king bedroom. It's a boutique feel you won't find in a standard rental. The unit sleeps two and works best as a couples' escape — adults only (ages 14+ require host approval), so the vibe stays quiet. Village views from the loft position, private entrance, and patio seating outside. Full kitchen with high-end appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a laptop-friendly workspace with ethernet for anyone mixing work with a Boca Grande week.
