The loft apartment has great views of the main drag in Boca Grande. The timber framed interior and high end appliances assure you will have a comfortable stay. This is a great place to park your car-grab a golf cart- and enjoy the Boca Grande lifestyle.

Boca Grande is a unique island village. The Loft on Park will afford you a great starting place to enjoy your stay in the hidden gem Boca Grande. Walk to get your morning coffee and treats at The Bakery, grab a drink at Temp then walk to dinner at Scarpas. Looking for a great sunset, drive you golf cart around the corner a watch the sky dance as the sun disappears into the ocean, or head to South Beach and enjoy a drink and the sunset. Need a golf cart and bikes--book this loft and get 10% at Gasparilla Adventures.

As this space is in a mixed use building, the space is limited to 2 guest. Guests between ages 14-18 must be approved by host.

Other Details to Note

The bedroom at the Loft requires one to ascend/descend a spiral staircase. This is not a child friendly space.

Located across the street from The Temp Restaurant, down the block from Hudson's Market and around the corner from Sister's Pizza. Only 120 steps to the beautiful, uncrowded, Boca Grande Beaches. We were here in late October for a wedding. We were so pleased with The Loft ~ very clean, airy, and well decorated. Our hosts were so kind to include starters of everything, including a bottle of wine! The location was within walking distance of bakeries, restaurants and little shops. We did hear some merrymaking from revelers at the bar across the street as we were drifting off to sleep, but it didn't bother us. Lisa from the bike/golf cart rental shop downstairs greeted us on arrival - she was so nice and helpful with recommendations. We opted to rent bikes (they have 10 speeds and beach cruisers) rather than a golf cart to explore the island and loved it. From The Loft we rode out to the causeway, then back all the way to the southern tip of the island where we had a fantastic beachfront lunch at South Beach Bar & Grill - highly recommend. After that we took a dip at the beach before pedaling back to our rental. Duane and Darlene were very friendly and immediately responsive!

We really enjoyed our stay. Boca Grande is known as "old Florida," and the apartment has a rustic feel with lots of wood. The kitchen though, is fully updated and has everything a guest might want. The hosts are proactive and communicate everything you need to know before arrival. Overall, a great place to stay.

Find us

An important part of Boca Grande is the golf cart and bike culture. Once on island, most guests park their cars and spend the week exploring by golf cart and bike. When you reserve through Airbnb you will receive a 10% discount on available golf cart and bike rentals through our partners at Gasparilla Adventures.
